I know nobody reads this anymore, but I thought I’d share something I just found out about the city in which I currently dwell. Apparently, Anderson had an NBA team called the Packers at one point. Before being in the NBA, they were in the NBL, which was another professional league. I was shocked, but I guess it makes sense because at one point, A-town was a booming GM town. Plus, in the 1949-1950 season, the NBA wasn’t exactly wasn’t exactly to the point at which a large city was needed to sustain a billion-dollar team budget. Anyway, read these for more info:
